Do you provide custom-made curtains or blinds, or ready-made options?

Yes! Kindly send pictures or drawings with specific details (measurements, wattage, place of installation) to sales@lightavenuesg.com and we will contact you from there.
All prices quoted are nett.

We provide installation services by qualified and experienced electrician/plumber.
For Installation charges, they will be paid in cash/paynow to company upon completion.

 

Electrical Works

  • First Light: $50 (Standard lighting on concrete ceiling with height not more than 3 metres)
  • Subsequent: $15 each (Standard lighting on concrete ceiling with height not more than 3 metres)
  • Chandelier/ Crystal Lighting installation will be quoted upon request (from $100 onwards)
  • Tracklight Installation on concrete ceiling with height not more than 3 metres
    1 metre track: $20 (For subsequent installation)
    1.5 metre track: $25 (For subsequent installation)

          2 – 3 metre track: $30 (For subsequent installation)

  • Ceiling Fan: $60 (On concrete ceiling with height not more than 3 metres)
  • Ceiling Fan: $180 (On False ceiling with height not more than 3 metres)
 
Plumbing Works
  • Toilet Bowl – $180 (with installation, plus dismantling and disposal of old model)
  • Tabletop/Wallhung Basin – $140 (Installation w/ tap, pop up waste & bottle trap)
  • Vanity cabinet & any mirror (full set) – $220(Reinstall) $190(Install Only) (Including top/basin w tap/mixer, waste & bottle trap)
  • Instant Heater w/ handshower set – $90 (Replacement/Installation) (exclude 2 way tap) 
  • Instant Heater w/ rainshower set – $120 (Replacement/Installation) (exclude 2 way tap)
  • Storage Heater (below 30 Liters) – $250 (Installation/Replacement above ceiling) (use of existing point only) 
  • Storage Heater (above 30 Liters) – On site (Installation/Replacement above ceiling) (use of existing point only)
 
 

Note: We can only install items bought from our shop. We do not provide installation for items bought from other stores.

 

Price stated are a guide, subject to change depending on condition of the house and accuracy of information provided by the home-owner.

 

Electrician/Plumber on-site will assess and give you an accurate/fair estimate of the cost involved.

We will contact you for the installation details. Installation can be done 3 working days from the date of purchase.

 

Note: Our Electrician operates from Monday – Saturday only.

 

For Condominium / EC, we recommend for installation to be done on a weekday as your MCST usually prohibit any form of works during weekends.

All our lighting fixtures, including LED ceiling lights, come with a 3-year local warranty, providing coverage for manufacturing defects under normal use.

 

For ceiling fans, including smart ceiling fans, most models include up to 4 years of local on-site warranty for parts, supported by the respective manufacturer. Warranty coverage for the fan motor may vary depending on the brand. You can refer to the individual product page for specific details.

Local Delivery

Enjoy the convenience of doorstep delivery by us within 2 to 3 working days, we provide islandwide delivery with no minimum purchase.

 

*Note: For Electrician/Plumber installation/replacement service, service maintenance appointment will be scheduled based on the earliest available slot.

Installation charges will be paid directly to the Installation Team upon completion of job. For Installation charges, please refer to the FAQ above.
