Exchange & Refund Policy

As a Light Avenue customer, you are entitled to an exchange/ refund within 14 days

together with proof of purchase. 14 days exchange/refund policy for online purchases only.

Requirements for exchange as follows:

– unused

– not installed before

– original packaging undamaged

Returns

For non-bulky items:
You may return to any of our outlets.

For bulky items:

Please Whatsapp our customer service team for a pick up (chargeable).

Once the product has been inspected and approved for refund, your refund will be reflected within 5 to 10 working days.
